Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: HYBRID. (Expected to come in person for meetings and/or workshops). Must be located in South Florida.

Required:
• Experience with training development and delivery for enterprise software implementations (5+ years);
• Experience with leading training efforts for large-scale IT projects, preferably in a government or judicial setting;
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies;
• Experience with case management systems or similar judicial/public sector applications;
• Experience developing and delivering training using various modalities (in-person, virtual, e- learning).
• Experience managing multiple priorities ;
• Experience Proficiency with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Information Technology, Criminal Justice, or a related field.

Preferred:
• Experience with specific CCMS platforms, such as Tyler Odyssey or Journal Technologies;
• Experience with court operations, judicial workflows, and legal terminology;
• Experience with conducting training needs assessments and user readiness evaluations;
• Experience with change management principles and supporting organizational change initiatives;
• Experience with developing accessible training materials in compliance with ADA and Section 508 standards;
• Experience with managing or mentoring a team of trainers or instructional designers;
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD), project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2), or training (e.g., Certified Professional in Training Management).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the project's timeline and goals.
• Design and develop instructional materials using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions for end-users, super users, and trainers.
• Coordinate and mentor a team of trainers or instructional designers.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure training aligns with system updates and user needs.
• Support organizational change initiatives by promoting user engagement and reinforcing new workflows and behaviors
