Who We Are
Adolescent Wellness Academy supports teens ages 13–17 through PHP/IOP programming focused on mental health, wellness, and family support. We provide structure, connection, and healing in a safe and encouraging environment.

About the Role
The Youth Mentor & Program Coordinator helps teens feel welcomed, supported, and motivated throughout treatment. This role combines relational mentorship with daily program coordination to ensure clients experience a safe, structured, and engaging environment from intake through discharge.

What You Will Do
• Greet and orient new clients; support a positive first-day experience
• Supervise clients during programming, groups, breaks, and transitions
• Encourage social skills, emotional regulation, and healthy coping strategies
• Monitor behavior, document observations, and communicate concerns to clinical staff
• Assist with program operations: attendance, intakes, assessments, drug screens
• Participate in wellness activities, structured groups, and recreational sessions
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Support with parent communication when needed (late arrivals, attendance)
• Respond calmly and professionally in emotional or high-energy situations

What You Bring
• Experience supporting teens (behavioral health, school, camp, mentorship, etc.)
• Compassionate, patient, and confident engaging with youth
• Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
• Comfortable with fast-paced, collaborative environments
• Eligible for Level 2 background check
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
