Payroll Analyst

Kforce is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst in Miami, FL. Summary: This role supports the Payroll Tax team by managing system-driven tasks and ensuring data integrity across payroll platforms. Responsibilities include performing weekly audits within the payroll system to validate configuration accuracy, processing system-generated reports, and managing digital and physical documentation workflows. The position requires collaboration with the payroll team to identify and resolve system-related discrepancies, ensuring compliance with payroll tax deadlines. • Payroll Systems Analyst will conduct weekly system audits to verify payroll system configuration and data accuracy
• Manage incoming mail and route items to appropriate departments using digital tracking tools
• Complete quarterly reporting tasks within system-defined deadlines
• Upload files into the ADP platform and coordinate with system representatives regarding alerts and support tickets
• Administer tax exemption settings for employees with special visa classifications using system parameters
• As a Payroll Systems Analyst, you will assist in the configuration and processing of garnishments and levies within the payroll system
• Generate and distribute W-2 forms upon verification of employee records
• Perform other system-related or administrative duties as assigned
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in payroll operations or a related technical support role
• Basic proficiency in enterprise systems including HAH, SCOS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in team-based environments

• Maintains a minimum 92% accuracy rate in task execution
