Your New Role

This role is primarily based within a 50-mile radius of North Port. You’ll:

• Install residential HVAC ductwork systems to code and company standards

• Manage a small crew of installers and apprentices

• Coordinate with the install coordinator and warehouse team to stay on schedule

• Ensure every system performs at peak efficiency and passes inspections

• Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

• EPA Universal Certification (required)

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a small crew

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
