$80,000–$100,000 base (negotiable) + bonus/commission

About the Role

This is a hands-on, in-office Business Development role working directly with the owners to grow and represent the brand. You’ll be the face of the company in the local market — building relationships, attending events, and driving new business through networking and partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone industry-specific , polished, and comfortable taking direction while helping shape a growing brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner closely with company owners on growth initiatives

• Represent the firm at meetings, networking events, and industry functions

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, community groups, and professional organizations

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Conduct market research and track trends

• Generate leads and manage follow-up

• Support brand presence through events and community engagement

• Provide high-level customer service and clear communication internally and externally

What We’re Looking For

• Industry-specific experience (required)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven experience with lead generation and sales goals

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through

• Comfortable being client-facing and representing ownership

• Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Solid understanding of market research and analytics

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
