Sales Manager
About the Role:
We're looking for a Spa Sales Manager who thrives on client interaction and results-driven selling. In this full-time, on-site position, you'll oversee the front desk and focus on increasing sales of skincare treatments and product packages while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients at the front desk, providing personalized treatment and product recommendations.
Lead by example and maintain a high standard of customer service.
Track your own sales performance and contribute to team targets.
Support daily operations and assist with in-spa sales activities and promotions.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of sales experience in a spa, beauty, or hospitality setting.
Confident in hands-on client interaction and selling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Reliable, professional, and able to work weekends when needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
₱3,000 base pay + three-tier commission system (uncapped earning potential)
