Fei Show Groom/Show Groom
Equi-Sport is a premier sales, training, and competition barn with bases in Wellington, FL and Hainesport, NJ. We travel extensively to horse shows along the East Coast and are currently seeking a full-time FEI Show Groom / Show Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate is punctual, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced show environment. Applicants must have prior FEI grooming experience and strong knowledge of horse care, horse health, FEI protocols, and high-level show operations.
Responsibilities include: • FEI grooming and horse care at competitions • Managing daily show schedules and logistics • Overseeing horse health and communication regarding veterinary/farrier needs • Handling FEI app management and ensuring all FEI requirements, horse documentation, vaccinations, and declarations are kept current and compliant • Coordinating with riders, trainers, staff, and clients to keep operations running smoothly
Applicants must have reliable transportation to and from horse shows. The ability to drive a truck and trailer is required.
