Lead Business & Information Analyst

Disney Experiences
Celebration, FL

Job Summary:

At Disney Experiences Technology (DXT), we design and deliver more than 400 digital and physical products that bring Disney stories to life in unexpected ways. From theme parks and resorts to cruise ships and beyond, our global team of technologists, designers, and innovators creates seamless, immersive experiences that delight millions of Guests and Cast Members around the world.

Our team delivers large-scale, data-driven Finance Transformation initiatives that enable financial insight, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide value across Disney Experiences. The Finance Transformation Delivery Management Organization (DMO) partners closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology leaders to execute complex, highly visible initiatives with rigor, transparency, and predictability.

As a Lead Portfolio Analyst, you will lead the planning and execution of a product-centric portfolio strategy, providing strategic roadmap oversight of annual and long-term expense plans. You will drive portfolio forecast planning, capacity planning, and prioritization activities across multiple initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role where partnership with many technical and non-technical teams is essential.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and drive the funding process and strategy for new projects

  • Interpret pre-project business problem elicitation, feasibility, and case definition to identify solutions

  • Partner with business, project management, and technology groups to understand opportunities, define project scope, goals, performance indicators, and deliverables

  • Lead the project forecast planning process for large-scale programs and initiatives across the portfolio.

  • Drive partnership with Finance to provide cause-for-change variances, guide monthly and quarterly close procedures, and deliver portfolio updates.

  • Oversee consolidation and communication across project, product, and portfolio teams to resolve variances throughout the planning cycle, escalating risks and impacts when necessary.

  • Lead the development, analysis, and maintenance of reports for capacity planning, forecast rationalization, and portfolio prioritization.

  • Direct key financial planning activities including Long-Term Planning, Annual Planning, and other strategic portfolio planning cycles.

  • Ensure accurate and strategic inputs within the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system to maintain portfolio transparency and alignment.

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships across departments, collaborating with technology, product, and finance leaders to align on priorities and resource allocation.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to portfolio planning activities, helping drive consistency in processes, reporting, and portfolio governance.

Required Qualifications & Skills
