The Opportunity

As part of the Salesforce Consulting Generalist team, you will lead initiatives in the Quote-to-Cash domain, focusing on areas such as Quote & Order Management, Billing, Invoicing & Collections, and Revenue Accounting and Automation. As a Manager, you will guide teams, manage client accounts, and emphasize strategic planning while mentoring junior staff. You are also responsible for managing the identification and addressing of client needs, leading business discussions with clients, and guiding them to make design choices. You bring a transformation- and business-minded approach, leading Phase 0 strategy—business case development, executive narrative, and senior-leader workshops—to shape initiatives, secure alignment, and convert strategy into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Lead initiatives in the Quote-to-Cash domain

- Oversee areas including Quote & Order Management and Revenue Accounting

- Guide teams in managing client accounts effectively

- Emphasize strategic planning and execution in projects

- Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and performance

- Shape business cases and facilitate executive workshops

- Convert strategies into measurable outcomes for clients

- Drive transformation through innovative solutions and practices

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 5 years of experience in a professional services organization

What Sets You Apart

- Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science preferred

- Conga(Apttus) Billing Administrator preferred

- Zuora Billing Consultant preferred

- Zuora Revenue Analyst preferred

- Salesforce Billing Specialist Superbadge preferred

- Salesforce Advanced Billing Specialist Superbadge preferred

- Revenue Cloud Accredited professional preferred

- Experience in Quote-to-Cash domain

- Managing the identification and addressing of client needs

- Delivering moderate to complex Q2C, ERP, Revenue, Billing and/or salesforce.com solutions (Force.com platform)

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
