HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT: Job Summary: Manages the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH) brand through recruitment platforms, social media, digital media, community relations, colleague relations, special events, publications, collateral materials, and recruitment website content management. Sources talent through written, oral, and interpersonal communication. Reports: Dir/Marketing & Communications Supervises: None WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY: Required Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR), journalism, communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field Required Experience: Two (2) years of directly related professional experience Preferred: Five (5) years of directly related professional experience. Talent acquisition experience. Marketing experience

Required Certification/License/Registry:

None Preferred: Google Ads certification, Facebook Certified Planning Professional credential, Hootsuite Social Marketing certification, and/or other digital management certifications.
