PGD Technical Services Leader
- Responsible for the following monthly reporting - Power Plant Water Usage and Consumption, Chemistry Scorecards
- Collaborates with ISC for contracts and RFP, RFQ processes
- Lead troubleshooting and decision making for fleet assets regarding chemistry
- Uses skills in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues
- Applies a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented engineering and technical complexities
- Determines and organizes program and project objectives and requirements
- Develops standards and guidelines for diverse technical and engineering activities
- Manage documentation and currency of Service Requests, Work Orders, and MOCs in Maximo
- Actively participate in efforts to improve productivity and advance fleet reliability
- Support parts planning and annual budget planning
- Lead a team of chemistry technicians
- Manage all remote monitoring tags in PI and utilize all tools available for visualization and trending regarding water chemistry
- Initiates and maintains extensive contacts with key staff, regulatory agencies, external /internal auditors, and officials of other organizations / companies.

- In depth understanding of power plant chemistry, chemical treatment of plant systems and analytical chemistry
- Utilization of quality tools for continuous improvements of laboratory analytical methods.
- Online Analyzer troubleshooting and Repair
- Knowledgeable on environmental and regulatory requirements for powerplants permits
