Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Manager
- Manage and oversee patient care plans to ensure timely allocation of resources

- Utilize Meditech, Midas, and Interqual for case management processes
- Coordinate discharge planning and patient education
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
