About the Opportunity
We are a Miami-based company focused on the wholesale distribution of used and refurbished technology equipment in international markets.

In addition to our traditional purchasing channels, the company is developing its IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) recycling channel as a strategic source of inventory acquisition.

The Director of Recycling is responsible for building and scaling this channel by developing relationships with companies that need to dispose of their technology assets.

This role has a direct impact on:
• Inventory generation
• Acquisition costs
• Business growth

Compensation & Earning Potential
• Base salary: $50,000 – $70,000 USD
• Expected earnings: $120,000 – $180,000+
• High performance: $180,000 – $250,000+

Compensation is directly tied to:
• Volume of equipment sourced
• Value recovered
• Number of active agreements

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop relationships with companies that generate technology assets
• Actively prospect companies (corporations, mid-sized businesses, institutions)
• Negotiate recycling or asset disposition agreements
• Generate a consistent flow of inventory
• Coordinate collection processes with operations
• Build long-term commercial relationships
• Develop channel expansion strategy

Required Profile
• Minimum 10 years in business development or B2B sales
• Proven experience generating commercial opportunities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience managing corporate relationships
• Results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in ITAD or electronic recycling
• Experience selling B2B services
• Established network of corporate contacts
• Knowledge of the corporate sector
