Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2-4 years RN Case Management in an acute care facility License: RN Florida/Compact Certifications: Interqual knowledge required for Initial and discharge assessments Must-Have: Must be adaptable to every unit assigned Preference for candidates with HCA experience Experience with Meditech, Midas, Nate, and Outlook Description: Selected candidates will transition to the assigned facility after completing orientation. The role involves working in a Level II trauma hospital with high acuity units. The RN Case Manager will collaborate with an RN/Social Worker/Certified Medical Assistant team using a triad model. The position involves fast-paced work with an expectation to rotate every other weekend. Business casual dress code with a white lab coat is required.
