• Commercial contracts

• General outside counsel advisory matters

• Growth and succession transactions

This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys being a trusted advisor, running deals efficiently, and helping clients solve real business problems.

Ideal Profile

• 6+ years of corporate/transactional law firm experience

• Strong drafting and negotiation ability

• Able to manage matters with limited supervision

• Commercially practical and responsive with clients

• Strong academic background

• Applicable bar admission in target market
