Salary/Pay Rate : $27.42 - $36.95/hr (based on experience) + $25,000 Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Assistance, and Full Benefits

Schedule : Full-Time, Night Shift

Job Description :

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be at the forefront of patient care, responsible for setting up and administering a wide range of respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages. Your expertise will be crucial in the application and operation of acute care ventilators for both short and long-term mechanical ventilation. You will be expected to be self-directed and maintain accurate department and hospital records.

Required Skills :

• 1 year of RRT experience
• Completion of an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate's Degree)
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Preferred Skills :

• Florida State Licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
