OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Deltona, FL by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Deltona, FL, you'll run long-haul dry van routes as an OTR solo CDL-A driver, delivering freight nationwide with an emphasis on safe, on-time service.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tractor-trailers on interstate and regional lanes, managing pickups and deliveries.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain electronic logs and required paperwork.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure efficient routing and delivery confirmation.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Adherence to DOT hours-of-service, safety protocols and clean inspections.

Compensation starts at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles, plus bonuses, late-model trucks with APUs/inverters/sleepers, in-house maintenance, biweekly home time and full benefits.
