Dental Lab Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate is reliable and responsible individual with enthusiasm to learn, and to work hard in a team environment to help the company grow and meet its goals.
2-5 years of previous experience in customer service, data entry, phone communication.
We will provide further on-the-job training. The position will be temp to hire. As a lab technician, you'll work on-site in a modern practice with state-of-the-art equipment and instruments. You'll have the best tools at your disposal. You'll also enjoy regular hours with overtime opportunities, technical training, and excellent benefit package as well as the opportunity to advance.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering incoming phone calls, and contacting dental offices as needed for information for cases.
- Disinfecting, labeling and sorting work from dental offices.
- Providing daily support for other technical teams and modification requests.
- Communication and clarifications with team members.
- Performing miscellaneous duties as required by supervision.
- May be required to assist in training of co-workers on an as needed basis.
- Entering case into production software as directed
- Maintaining clean work area
- Reading doctor prescription
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Reliable consistent attendance is a must!
- High school diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution
- Able to Multitask
