Schedule: Full time Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 2600 WESTHALL LN City: MAITLAND State: Florida Postal Code: 32751 Job Description: AHMG OBGYN at Celebration 410 Celebration Place, Suite 200, Celebration, FL Monday - Friday 8a - 5pm *position will be remote handling triage calls for several OB/GYN practices

• Communicates with patients effectively, providing information and addressing concerns through various channels.
• Coordinates patient care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and collaborating with healthcare providers.
• Exemplifies AdventHealth’s core values of Keep Me Safe, Make It Easy, Love Me, and Own It through behavior.
• Promotes a positive patient experience by demonstrating caring behaviors, maintaining clear communication, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, timely, and effective whole person care.
• Ensure the appropriate use and stewardship of medical supplies and equipment to support patient safety and operational efficiency
• Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed
• Other duties as assigned.
• Administers immunizations according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Completes medical documentation timely, accurately, and thoroughly.
• Conducts patient intake by documenting patient information, including medical history and current medications.
• Orders and maintains inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability for patient care.
