Pay Rate: $30.00 - $36.60/hour (W2 only)

About the Opportunity:
Alphanumeric is hiring a Project Administrative Assistant to support a forward-thinking, environmentally focused energy innovator committed to sustainability.

This role provides critical administrative and coordination support to multiple Project Managers and project teams. You'll play a key role in keeping projects organized, teams aligned, and communication flowing effectively.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently while collaborating closely with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate core competencies: action-oriented, change champion, customer-focused, ownership mindset, and continuous development.
• Draft, format, and distribute project-related communications and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings via Outlook and Microsoft Teams, including invites, attendance tracking, and follow-ups.
• Manage logistics for virtual, onsite, and offsite meetings.
• Create, update, and format PowerPoint presentations for project and leadership meetings.
• Maintain and organize project documentation in SharePoint.
• Track project deliverables, action items, and deadlines.
• Follow up with team members to gather updates and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
