Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
• Drive branch sales growth, profitability, and market share through effective leadership and business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch personnel while fostering a positive team culture.
• Manage branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and promote a safe work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management.
