We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Daytona Beach location. As a leading specialty building materials distributor with a strong presence throughout the Southeast, you will play a key role in driving branch performance, developing employees, growing sales, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, warehouse, and logistics.
- Drive branch sales growth, profitability, and market share through effective leadership and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and employees.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch personnel while fostering a positive team culture.
- Manage branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and promote a safe work environment.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience within building materials distribution.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive sales growth, and manage branch operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
