THE TEAM
The Culinary team is at the heart of delivering Rosewood’s exceptional dining experiences, combining creativity, precision, and passion to create memorable moments for every guest. Working within a fine-dining environment, the team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. The line cook works closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, collaborating with kitchen colleagues and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and an elevated guest experience.
YOUR ROLE

The Line Cook plays a vital role in executing high-quality dishes and supporting the culinary team in delivering consistent, refined dining experiences. This position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment and is passionate about seasonal ingredients, precision, and craftsmanship.You will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation while fostering a collaborative and high-performing kitchen environment.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish served.
- Maintain proper mise en place and station organization before, during, and after service.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and Rosewood policies.
- Follow instructions from the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Support team members during service to ensure efficient and timely execution of orders.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.
- Continuously develop culinary skills and knowledge through training and hands-on experience.
