Warehouse Team Member – Full-Time, $19.60/Hour + Excellent Benefits

Life’s Abundance is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Member to join our employee-owned team in Jupiter, Florida. As a vital part of our operations, you’ll contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.

• Order Fulfillment & Shipping
  

  • Pick, pack, and ship packages
    

  • Ensure orders are accurate and follow SOPs for packaging and labeling.
    

• Inventory Management
  

  • Receive and process shipments within 24 hours.
    

  • Handle product returns within 48 hours using our tablet-based systems.
    

  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized inventory space.
    

• Technology & Tools
  

  • Become proficient with Freight Plus and iPads for all warehouse functions.
    

  • Use daily logs and inventory tools to keep records up to date.
    

• Team & Culture
  

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    

  • Participate in regular safety meetings and cross-training activities.
    

  • Support new team members with onboarding and skill development.
    

• Dependable, honest, and proactive team player.
  

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift.
  

• Comfortable using tablets and warehouse technology.
  

• Forklift certified or willing to become certified within 90 days (company-paid).
  

• Open communicator who values feedback and teamwork.
  

• Committed to maintaining safety and cleanliness.
  

• $19.60/hour starting pay
