Attorney-Insurance Coverage Associate

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 23 offices in 11 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Global Insurance Services practice group out of of our Florida offices.

Our Global Insurance Services practice group, which Law360 ranks among the largest in the United States, exists to serve insurers, reinsurers, and all others operating in the insurance arena.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations and trial, and be licensed to practice in Florida. The position will involve insurance litigation and coverage opinions, as well as some general litigation. Reinsurance experience a plus, but not required.
