Compensation: $35 - $40/hr (experience-based)

Float Differential: +$1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (for moves 75+ miles)

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with high clinical quality

• Support an organized, patient-centered workflow

• Float between Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Naples as needed

• Deliver consistent, compassionate care with every exam

• Occasionally support Saturday coverage

What You BrinG

• ARRT (R) required

• ARRT (M) preferred

  • Experienced Rad Techs without Mammo may be considered for cross-training

• Active Florida license (or eligibility)

• 1+ year imaging experience

• Steady clinical presence, accuracy, and strong patient communication
