• Supervise Front Desk Agents and guest services during the PM shift. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure smooth check -ins, check -outs, and concierge -level service in the evenings. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Oversee night audit preparation and evening operations. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Coach and support team members to maintain exceptional service standards. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless handoffs and guest satisfaction. <\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor room status, billing, and security protocols during the shift. <\/span>

  Requirements <\/h3>

  • 2–4 years of front desk supervisory experience in hospitality (luxury resort preferred). <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong customer service and problem -solving skills. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency with PMS and basic computer systems. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Availability strictly for PM shifts (evenings/nights), including weekends and holidays. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to work independently as a leader on duty. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Positive attitude and commitment to luxury guest experiences. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Due to visa restrictions, at the
    moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada. The limitation to Mexican and Canadian
    nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a
    preference of the employer. <\/b>
