Administrative Assistant - Melbourne
Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming environment will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office. Duties
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing assistance as needed.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Provide general administrative and Accounts Payable support as directed.
- Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the office.
- Organize and maintain calendars for Executives
- High school education or equivalent required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Applicants must be reliable, driven, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team.
