Opportunity Overview
We have an immediate opening for an OR/PACU RN to join our team at IVF Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with two weekend days per month and rotating holidays

In this role, the OR/PACU RN will:
- Utilize advanced assessment skills to formulate patient care plans and identify patient care problems
- Perform initial preoperative assessment, develop a plan of care, and explain the subsequent phases of surgery
- Demonstrate proficiency in caring for patients who have received various types of anesthesia or conscious sedation
- Administer medications by direct intravenous and other routes as directed
- Provide patient education
- Provide comfort measures and psychological support to the patient and family members
What You’ll Bring

Qualifications and Skills Include:
- Active RN license
- 1 year minimum of clinical experience in Operating, Procedure Room or PACU required
- Strong IV start skills required
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong technical and clinical assessment skills
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Ability to communicate accurately and concisely
