Responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding sessions to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of our services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek feedback to improve service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and coordinate solutions.
• Deliver training and educational resources to clients to enhance their experience with our services.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices in customer success.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a customer success role, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
• Experience with client relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
