North Florida Lincoln is seeking a dependable and organized Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves managing scheduling and communication for our mobile service operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians.
- Manage service requests, track progress, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
- Competitive compensation of $15.00 per hour paid bi-weekly.
