Your Role as Maintenance Lead

Envision leading the way as an Industrial Maintenance Team Lead during the 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, with potential Saturdays from 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM) . Responsibilities Awaiting You

• Lead a proficient maintenance crew, prioritizing safety and effectiveness.
• Coordinate and plan maintenance with production to ensure machine readiness.
• Advocate for and implement maintenance strategies fostering continuous growth.
• Ensure your team is well-qualified, receiving necessary training and guidance.
• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance across all maintenance tasks.
• Oversee budgets, spare parts, and vendor interactions for smooth operations.
• Use CMMS to meticulously track and adhere to quality standards.
• Maintain visible presence, collaborating for effective maintenance solutions.
• Occasional 10% travel for further training and support.

The Expertise You Bring

• High school diploma or GED minimum; higher education a plus.
• 3+ years in industrial maintenance with a supervisory background.
• Knowledge of machinery; experience with PLCs advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving prowess.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.
• Adept at working in diverse environments, with physical agility.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, promoting a maintenance-growing culture.

Physicality and Essential Skills

• Occasional exertion of 20-50 lbs.
• Frequent exertion of 10-25 lbs.
• Constant minimal exertion for manipulations.
• Proficient in safety steps, handling, and perception tasks.
