Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for calling leads and driving revenue growth through proactive outbound sales efforts over the phone. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with potential customers, understand their security needs, and effectively promote our range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our security solutions and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers through active communication.
• Listen to customer requirements and recommend appropriate security solutions to meet their needs.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospects.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments.
• Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the security industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
• Knowledge of security systems, surveillance technology, or related products is a plus.
• High school diploma required

Compensation:

Pay Rang- $30,000-$70,000 a year

Base Pay- $15-$18 per hr

With Bonus pay opportunities and commission. With the weekly spiffs that are offered to our sales representatives!
