Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Coordinator. In this role, you will support account managers by managing client communications, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring smooth workflow between clients and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates
- Coordinate project schedules and deliverables to meet client deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient execution of client requests
- Prepare and maintain account documentation, reports, and presentations
- Assist in tracking budgets and expenses related to client accounts
- Support account managers in client meetings and follow-up activities
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues as needed to maintain strong relationships

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or project management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance principles is a plus
