Responsibilities:

Creative Direction:

• Provide artistic vision and creative leadership for our client's in-house produced pieces, ensuring all creative output aligns with each product's brand identity and modern design principles.
• Conceptualize and develop innovative design concepts for HR and education markets that engage, inform, and inspire to develop excellent campaigns.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all media brands: District Administrator, Human Resource Executive and University Business.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry developments to keep our designs fresh, relevant, and cutting edge.

Design Execution :

• Personally contribute to design projects by creating high-quality and visually appealing emails, landing pages, social cards, infographics and more that set the standard for the team.
• Oversee the development of design assets, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality.

Collaboration :

• Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to optimize results for clients by understanding their needs and providing the best service for their brands.
• Foster a collaborative environment where creative ideas are shared, refined, and integrated into cohesive design concepts.
• Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of modern and innovative design work across multiple mediums.
• Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Knowledge of current design trends, user experience principles, and responsive
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate creative concepts and design rationale.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Physical demands of the job include:

• Performing work in an indoor office environment
• Operating standard office equipment such as computers, printers, keyboards, monitors, phones, and other telecommunications or internet-enabled communications devices
• Possessing short-distance visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, writing, coding, viewing a computer terminal, and/or extensive reading.
• Occasionally lifting and carrying small parcels, packages and other items or walking short distances.

Position Type and Expected Work Hours

This is a regular, full-time role. Most work is typically conducted Monday - Friday, during ETC's core business hours, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

The annual compensation for this role is $60,000.00 - 65,000.00.
