Designed by international designer India Mahdavi, Makoto is the perfect fusion of a French Brasseire, Japanese restaurant, and an American diner, all under one roof. We are seeking Sushi Cooks who have refined the art of Nigiri, Sashimi, and Sushi making, but are now looking to learn more

Qualified Sushi Chefs will:
- 2+ years working as a sushi chef/cook
- Familiar with Japanese cuisine along with classic cooking styles & preparations
- Works well under pressure and with multiple menu items in a high volume restaurant
- Strong knife skills
