Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our fertilizer loading operations in Mulberry, FL. This role requires hands-on experience operating a front-end loader to load trucks in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Precision, safety, and accountability are key, and your work will directly support the supply chain that keeps industries moving.

A Day in the Life

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, your main responsibility is operating a front-end loader to move fertilizer and load out trucks accurately and efficiently. You'll work outdoors in all weather conditions, relying on your skills and focus to keep operations on track. At the end of each shift, you'll take pride in knowing that your contribution directly supports our mission of providing safe and dependable rail services to our customers.

Work Schedule
This role follows a steady two-week rotating schedule that provides built-in time off:

• Week One: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Week Two: Work Wednesday and Thursday (off every other weekend)
• Shifts rotate between days and nights every 28 days

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of front-end loader experience (required)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and walking on uneven surfaces
