Remote Itinerary Coordinator
We are currently expanding and connecting with individuals who enjoy helping others plan meaningful travel experiences. This flexible remote opportunity focuses on assisting clients with organizing vacations such as cruises, resorts, group travel, and family getaways.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, timelines, and interests. You will research destinations, compare options, and provide recommendations that align with each client's vision. Responsibilities include organizing travel components such as accommodations, activities, and transportation while ensuring all details are accurate and easy to follow.
You will also stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier offerings through ongoing training and online resources. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organization skills are important in providing a smooth planning experience.
