Production Controller
Location: Winter Park, FL
Pay Range: $28–$32/hour DOE
Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring manufacturing workflows to ensure efficient production, timely delivery, and optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage production schedules based on orders and capacity.
- Monitor raw materials, WIP, inventory, and cycle counts.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, quality, and production teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules to prevent delays.
- Track production metrics, resolve data discrepancies, and report results to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Deltek Costpoint.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
