Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in Utility Engineering and Construction, is hiring Customer Outreach Representatives at our Plant City, FL office.

The Customer Outreach Representative provides communication support throughout the life cycle of a project as it relates to both our engineering and construction services. Teammates in this role are responsible for establishing and maintaining professional and positive relationships with customers and ensuring issues are addressed consistently with company policies and practices.

Responsibilities

1. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

2. Process customer requests in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner

3. Manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently

4. Effectively address customer questions, complaints, and concerns within the scope of responsibility

5. Facilitate customer issue escalations to local management/support as required

6. Meet with customers on project sites when required

7. Keep supervisors informed of any work-related concerns

8. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual in Spanish a plus

2. Ability to handle multiple tasks

3. Strong organization and time management skills

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

5. Proficiency with PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, and general intranet navigation

6. High school diploma or equivalent

7. Experience working in cable operations and/or telecommunications call center preferred but not required
