Reservations Agent - GALLERYone DoubleTree Suites by Hilton

The GALLERYone DoubleTree Suites by Hilton is looking for their next Reservations Agent.

This waterfront hotel offers 231 guestrooms and 7,421 square feet of meeting space, along with three on‑site dining options. Guests enjoy enhanced on‑property experiences with Sun Dream Yacht Charters and Jet Ski FL conveniently located on site.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a group reservations environment or a tenured front office role within a full‑service property. Strong administrative skills, the ability to learn new software systems, and a proven commitment to exceptional customer service are required.

Shift Pattern: office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; however, flexibility is required to accommodate varying tasks and projects including weekends.

Pay Rate: This is a hourly role.

What will I be doing?:

Processes owner reservation requests and incoming reservation calls; verify and communicate guest information with clients and the Front Office; ensures a seamless reservation experience for hotel customers.
