Overview

At Gallagher Affinity - CRES Division (Commercial Real Estate Servies) , we are united by a commitment to one another's growth and the pursuit of shared goals. As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored insurance solutions and effective risk management strategies. This role offers the opportunity to connect with clients and make a tangible impact on their businesses.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care amongst Professional Liability/ E&O Commercial lines . You'll coordinate commercial lines management processes, working closely with clients to navigate complex situations and provide solutions that align with their goals. Your ability to identify critical issues quickly and communicate effectively will ensure seamless collaboration with both clients and internal teams. By fostering trust and building long-lasting partnerships, you'll drive success and create meaningful outcomes.

About You

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in client coordination or claims management, OR a high school diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Valid P&C Commercial Lines license required or the ability to acquire a P&C license within 90 - 120 days of employment sponsored by Gallagher.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing critical issues efficiently.
  • Professional Liability/ E&O coverage knowledge preferred.
  • 100% Remote position.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
