Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL, 33127. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring that our machinery operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities- Set up and operate various types of machinery in accordance with production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal output.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate production logs and reports for tracking purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in training new operators on machinery and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
Salary info:
$18 - $23 / hr
