Home Physicians Group of Orlando, Florida is seeking a Home Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Bilingual Spanish practicing Home Health primary care visits in the Orlando, Florida and Kissimmee the area. We are a large practice with over 25 practitioners that serve the skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and our homebound patients in the comfort of their home in 14 counties. Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current APRN licensure in the state of SMPL.
• Certification in a relevant specialty area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in primary care or specialty areas.
• Bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
