Call Center Representative
HeadPinz and Bowland Entertainment Centers are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations, event bookings, and general inquiries
Provide information on promotions, pricing, and attraction details
Resolve guest concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Accurately enter data and maintain guest records in our system
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth communication across departments
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Friendly and professional phone etiquette
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills; experience with reservation systems is a plus
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
