Responsibilities

1. Product Processing & Preparation

• Operating Specialty Equipment: You will spend a good portion of the day working with bagging machines, heat guns, industrial mixers, and various kitchen tools.

• Bulk Breakdown & Blending: Breaking down massive, bulk quantities of raw ingredients into smaller, retail-ready or franchise-ready batches.

• Quality & Freshness Control: Ensuring that only the freshest, highest-quality spices and teas are packed and prepped for distribution to franchises and customers.

2. Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Picking and Packing: Accurately selecting inventory according to specific orders and packing them securely to be sent out to various store locations or online customers.

• Heavy Lifting: Loading and unloading shipments, which regularly requires the physical ability to safely lift up to 55 lbs.

• Staging & Readiness: Keeping the equipment and the warehouse immaculate and perfectly staged for the next round of incoming orders.

3. Inventory & Workplace Maintenance

• Inventory Tracking: Using basic math and computer skills to keep highly accurate counts of stock levels so the company never runs out of popular blends.

• Maintaining a Clean, Safe Environment: Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and adhering to strict food-safety protocols (plus, you get to go home smelling incredible every day!).

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
