What Youll Do:
As a Patient Access Representative , you are the first impression for our patientssetting the tone for an exceptional experience.

Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and empathy
Complete registration and verify patient information accurately
Handle time-of-service collections
Manage work queues and ensure timely processing
Troubleshoot issues and resolve them efficiently
Deliver top-tier customer serviceevery interaction, every time

What Were Looking For:
1+ year of Customer Service experience (required)
Medical office or healthcare experience (preferred)
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Organized, reliable, and solutions-focused mindset
