Business Development Representative - Remote
Potential to earn up to $12,000 per month after the initial 60-day performance review.

Use and enhance our outreach templates and scripts, adjusting for different industries and client needs.
Manage our CRM, keeping it up-to-date with relevant information on leads and prospects.
Assess potential clients to ensure an ideal fit with our services.
Arrange meetings and calls for qualified leads with the sales team.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects to prime them for the sales process.
Serve as the initial contact for new clients, creating a positive, lasting impression.
Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on targets, strategy, and lead qualification criteria. What We're Looking For Must-Haves: Fluency in English; if it's your second language, willingness to pass a fluency test.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in meaningful discussions.
A professional, relationship-driven approach.
A growth mindset and openness to feedback and learning.
Some experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital tools to track outreach and measure results. Nice-to-Haves: Residency in the U.S., Canada, South Africa, the U.K., or Oceania.
Knowledge of various marketing methods, brand development, or advertising.
Experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR).
CRM experience, especially with Monday CRM.
Background as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in any sales role.
Based in Florida, ideally in the Miami-Dade area.
Experience in a startup environment or founding a business.
Degree in business, sales, or a related field.
