BDC Coordinator

Sullivan Automotive Group is seeking Self Motivated individual for our BDC Department. We are in need of someone who wants to build a career, the amount of leads we are receiving exceeds the manpower we currently have and need to add to our family.

Experience preferred

• Ability to communicate well on the phone is a must
• Ability to handle "Start to Finish" sales process on a significant load of high quality leads
• Must be able to complete daily tasks, Ability to make 100+ quality outbound calls per day. Ability to send 100+ texts and emails per day.
• Ability to handle customer objections, to respond to leads and messages in a timely manner, ability to leave detailed notes to ensure the customers needs and wants are documented.
• Must be a team player Requires basic knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets Preferably Bilingual 1 + year Automotive Experience
