Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
Schedule: Weekdays & Weekends required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessment E1 and be able to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing services (medication management, wound care, IV therapy).
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and safety.
- Document visits accurately and in compliance with state and agency policies.
- Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to update care plans.
- Participate in weekend/holiday coverage.
Requirements:
- Active Florida RN license.
- Current CPR certification, TB test, valid drivers license.
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (inpatient and home health required).
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must carry Liability insurance
- Clear background check and eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in home health or long-term care.
- Woundcare and Woundvac experience is a plus
- Iv antibiotics administration experience is required
- Must be able to perform one on one with patient
- Must be able to do blood draws
- Familiarity with EMR systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) a plus.
