Property Manager

Seacrest Services, Inc., a leading management company in South Florida, is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team. With a strong reputation for providing top-tier management and maintenance services to community associations since 1975, Seacrest offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment.

This position (30 hours weekly) includes 20 hours managing an HOA and 10 hours managing a COA . The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in balancing multiple community needs while maintaining exceptional communication with boards, residents, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for both HOA and COA communities (20 hours HOA / 10 hours COA).

• Understand and adhere to management contracts and governing documents for each property.

• Conduct regular property inspections; identify and report violations or maintenance issues.

• Assist Boards of Directors in obtaining competitive bids from qualified vendors.

• Prepare and manage Association correspondence in a timely and professional manner.

• Attend annual and board meetings as required.

• Review work orders and provide recommendations for recurring maintenance concerns.

• Collaborate with Seacrest’s internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

• Stay informed on relevant state statutes and upcoming legislative changes affecting community associations.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license required.

• Demonstrated experience managing both HOA and COA communities preferred.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Personable, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
